Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

This page explains how payments, bookings, refunds, event credits, and cancellations work for Legacy Evening events.

Payments & Booking

Each Legacy Evening is $19.95 per event. There is no subscription or recurring membership.

Payment confirms your spot for the specific event selected. Any terms clearly shown at checkout also apply to that purchase.

We may provide a refund in the following situations:

Refunds are generally not available for no-shows or cancellations made fewer than 72 hours before the scheduled event.

If you need to cancel, please submit your refund request at least 72 hours before the event.

If Legacy Evening cancels an event, we will provide a refund or, if you prefer, offer another available event or event credit.

An event credit may be offered as an optional resolution when appropriate. Credits are not a subscription, membership, or recurring purchase.

We review refund requests within 3–5 business days.

If approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue directly.
